Considering everything that's been going on, I've been alright.

And that's awesome Shaun. Falkner's pretty tough though. What pokémon do you have right now?

Are you okay? ...Oh no, were you hurt by those Pokemon they said were attacking trainers?

I-I have Susie, my Buizel, and Blaze the Growlithe, and Richie the Poochyena, and I have Calvin the Pichu. I'm gonna keep training until Calvin evolves, at least, but Susie and Richie are gonna evolve soon too, I think.

Don't worry about me, I'm fine. [Even if she was involved in fighting off the attack.]

And well, so far it seems like a good idea. I don't know what level Buizel and Poochyena are supposed to evolve at, but Falkner's team has pokémon with levels all in the thirties. Even if your Pichu evolves, you might still need to train for a while.

Are you sure? Be careful.

Buizel evolves at level 26, and Poochyena evolves at level 18.

[Beat.]

I started training Susie hard again even though she's so much tougher than the others already because someone else from my world showed up, and I don't...trust him.

[She nods at that.]

Okay, so there might still be a bit of training involved, but not that much if you have a good idea of what you're doing.

[She pauses as she hears that, frowning.]

... Are you okay Shaun? He didn't hurt you or anything, right?

[He hesitates before answering.]

I'm okay. I challenged him to a battle, and my team's a lot tougher than his team.

I just wanna make sure that my team's a lot tougher than him.

... If he really worries you that much Shaun, you should try to stay away from him.

[Not that having a team that was stronger than a person was really all that hard, but still.]

Anyway, Valentine's day was alright. But the attack at Goldenrod kinda... made it harder to enjoy myself later that night.

Yeah. It doesn't seem like anyone was hurt too badly. And both me and my pokémon are perfectly okay.
