i am fairly confident that i will be right!
not to sound arrogant or anything, but with as long as i have, there are certain things you can say with lots of confidence.
and this is one of them.

hmmm i guess i don't know for sure! i am not a psychic, i can't see the future.
but rose and i have been dating for almost two years now. and we have been best friends for even longer than that. we have been through a lot together, even if i personally haven't experienced as much of it as she has.
i may not have meant to propose when i did, but the fact is that i love her.
and i can't really see anything changing that.
so i am pretty sure that i will still want to get married in a few years.

Yeah we made it ok. I'm still there now.
He's not any better, but he's not any worse either.

well, yeah like i said these things usually last at least a week. but there doesn't really seem to be any rhyme, rule, or reason to how long they last or whether or not they're normal/memory comas.
but as long as nothing happened to make things worse, that's what matters.

so what is your home world like?

Well, I'm from Philadelphia. I live with my mom now, in a house that my dad designed. But I think she was planning to move soon.

It snows a lot in the winter and it rains in the fall. There's a lot of nifty museums and stuff to go to, but I've been to almost all of them with my school at least once.

so earth then! cool. :D
i had a feeling but i didn't want to assume since there are lots of humans here who aren't from earth.
and...well technically all the aliens and stuff are human here too but you didn't really seem like an alien.
but you will at least be prepared for the winter here, coming from philadelphia, haha.
we get pretty intense snowstorms here from time to time.

but in 2009, my earth was wiped out by meteors so i ended up in a different dimension/universe for a while.
then i wound up here.

Yeah! Aradia was one of the first people I met here! She's really nice. And she knows a lot about pokemon, too! I might've met a few others, too, but I'm not sure.

yes, she is! aradia was the first troll i met in person here. though it was a different one than the one who is here now.
karkat, kanaya, sollux, terezi, eridan, and equius are the other ones who are here currently, if you ever got names.
they're all pretty cool exept for eridan who is basically a douche and you would be better off avoiding him entirely, tbh.

violet does that. it is basically the worst city of them all, in fact it may not even be a city at all, but rather a black hole of despair cleverly disguised as a city.
you really should try and get out of there asap. once norman wakes up, obviously.
i swear the longer you stay the more trapped you become.

oh no i mean...a different version of the same girl.
this is technically the third time aradia has been brought here, but she doesn't remember the first two times. people from my world have the tendency to leave and come back a lot.
my friend dave has been here five different times already.
yes, we are. different planets/universes, but from the same world as a whole. if that makes sense.

i am ok, yes! but i would not be opposed to dropping the topic of violet city.

Really? That must really stink to have your friends come and go so much. But at least they always remember who you are, right? I mean, it stinks that they don't remember your adventures... but it's probably worse for the friends they made from here, who they wouldn't remember at all.

er...well most of them do.
my three best friends do but i didn't talk to all of the trolls before i came here so...
some of them don't remember me when they come back. or well, don't remember me beyond "oh that one goofy human kid with the glasses. we never actually talked, did we?"
but it's ok!
same for people from other universes. you just have to make the memories that you can, while you can and never let them go, even after the person leaves.
and if you get a chance to see them again, that's great! because it's just a chance to make more memories with them.
but if they never come back then...ok, well it sucks, but it's not the end of the world!
because they were still part of your life for a while. and you kind of just have to take what you can get when it comes to this place.

i won't lie to you, it is painful when people leave. if you haven't had to deal with it yet then more power to you and i hope you never have to!
but if it does, you can't let it get to you. because then you just get stuck in this miserable spiral of feeling like crap and it's really just not a very fun place to be.
plus your friends wouldn't want you to be sad forever.

but wow ok this is a pretty depressing topic so let's not talk about that one any more either.

My starter was a Buizel. Her name is Susie! She's a Floatzel now, and she's really tough. She's helped me a lot with getting used to being away from my mom for so long and stuff.

dunsparce. he's still a dunsparce because dunsparce don't evolve even though they totally look like they should.
his name is colonel sassacre.

i just had to look buizel up though, i hadn't heard of them before. they're cute.

Dunsparce? I just had to look it up too. It's kinda funny looking. It totally does look like it should evolve into something else. But some Pokemon are like that, I guess!

ngl, i spent a couple months convinced he was going to evolve into some sky snake or something.
i feel a little silly in hindsight, i really should have looked it up.
but i didn't want to spoil the surprise.

only there was no surprise.

it's okay though, i still love the little guy even if i can't soar majestically across the sky on his back.

I think pretty much everyone loves their starter.
My whole team is kind of like my family. I've got Susie, and then I've got Calvin, who's a Pikachu, and Blaze, who's a Growlithe, and Richie, who's a Mightyena. Susie's kind of the boss.

no way, he's way more useful than magikarp!
dunsparce looks kinda silly but at least it learns more than splash.
hehe, yeah that happens. it's a good thing though.
